Incredibly thin walls!!! The noise from other guests is unbearable, with river dancing above and screaming in the hallways at 5 am!!! Plus, those carpets could definitely use a good cleaning!!!

would come there again
The Queen Room was clean and quiet. It had air conditioning, a tv, and a microwave. Staff were super friendly. The location is convenient. No breakfast, but nearby cafes are great. Loved the comfy bed and private bathroom with a tub!

The staff that worked the front desk were very nice both in the evening and in the morning.
It just needs to be renovated and updated.

The rooms were spotless and cool, they come with fresh towels and the ac unit, for example.
The hotel staff was kind of rude.

Our family had a blast at the pools and enjoyed visiting nearby Wrightsville Beach. The kids had so much fun splashing around and we loved being close to restaurants and shops.
My kids wished there were more family activities available. A small playground would have kept them entertained during downtime.

Rooms were clean inside except the wash clothes were stained.
People above me were load on night one but, we moved to a different room on night 2 and it was better but still noise from other rooms. I think that the hotel had alot of party people staying in it. It was the weekend.

missingWrote a review on 16 Juldated exterior
The first room had mold on the bathroom ceiling, a major red flag. Housekeeping barged in despite the 'Do Not Disturb' sign, disrupting our little peace. The walls are thin, so I could hear staff yelling outside my room early in the morning. Not the best for my sleep schedule. General upkeep of the exterior seems neglected, which isn't exactly worth the high price tag.

Thoroughly enjoyed the room in the ac unit, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. Nice staff that liked their guests. Location: the hotel was not far from the beaches downtown and the highways, restaurants and businesses and Battleship North Carolina...
